复合益生菌对奶牛产奶品质、血清生化指标和肠道菌群的影响 被引量:1

The impact of composite probiotics on dairy cow serum biochemical indicators and gut microbiota

摘要 文章旨在探究日粮添加复合益生菌对奶牛产奶品质、血清生化指标和肠道微生物的影响,试验将54头奶牛随机分为3组,对照组、试验组Ⅰ(100 mg/kg的复合益生菌制剂)和试验组Ⅱ(400 mg/kg的复合益生菌制剂),进行为期60 d的试验。结果表明,日粮添加复合益生菌(试验组Ⅰ和试验组Ⅱ)可显著提升牛奶中乳蛋白含量,降低体细胞数(P <0.05),改善奶品质;在血清生化指标方面,与对照组相比,日粮中添加复合益生菌(试验组Ⅰ和试验组Ⅱ)可以显著降低血清中葡萄糖水平(P <0.05),在肠道微生物组成方面,日粮中添加复合益生菌(试验组Ⅰ和试验组Ⅱ)可显著提高粪便中乳酸菌数量(P <0.05),同时试验组Ⅱ乳酸菌数量明显高于试验组Ⅰ。结果证实,日粮添加复合益生菌可显著提高奶牛血清总蛋白水平,维持肠道稳态,综合考虑生产价值,建议在奶牛饲养过程中添加400 mg/kg的复合益生菌为宜。 In order to study the effects of adding compound probiotics to the diet on milk production quality,serum biochemical indicators and damage of dairy cows,this experiment randomly divided 54 dairy cows into three groups,desert and experimental group I(100mg/kg compound).Probiotic preparation)and test group II(complex probiotic preparation at 400 mg/kg)were tested for 60 days.The results showed that adding compound probiotics(test group I and test group II)to the diet significantly increased the milk content in milk,reduced the number of somatic cells(P<0.05),improved milk quality,and the improvement effect was consistent with the added probiotics.There is a positive correlation with the amount;in terms of serum protein biochemical indicators,first of all,in the head,adding compound probiotics(test group I and test group II)to the feed can significantly reduce the blood sugar level in the plasma(P<0.05).In terms of damage composition,adding compound probiotics to the diet(test group I and test group II)can significantly reduce the number of lactic acid bacteria,the strongest bacteria in the matrix(P<0.05),while the number of lactic acid bacteria in test group II increases.The results verified that adding compound probiotics to the diet significantly increased the total lactic acid level in the serum of dairy cows and maintained it at normal levels.Considering the production value,it is recommended to add 400 mg/kg of compound probiotics during the feeding of dairy cows.
