Problems and Countermeasures of Water Resources Utilization in Hua County

水利是农业的命脉,农业高产的背后往往伴随着水资源的巨大牺牲,特别是对水资源相对匮乏的地区,构成了严峻的“粮水矛盾”。文章以产粮大县(滑县)为例,通过对水资源利用过程中存在问题进行深入分析,并研究其相应对策,以有效缓解水资源的短缺问题,确保农业的稳健发展。以此为缺水地区的农业可持续发展提供借鉴。

Water conservancy is the lifeblood of agriculture.The high yield of agriculture is often accompanied by a huge sacrifice of water resources,especially for areas with relatively scarce water resources,which constitutes a severe grain and water conflicts.This paper takes the grain-producing county(Hua County)as an example.Through the in-depth analysis of the problems in the process of water resources utilization,the corresponding countermeasures are studied to effectively alleviate the shortage of water resources,to ensure the sound development of agriculture.In this way,it provides a reference for the sustainable development of agriculture in water-scarce areas.
