Discussion on Comprehensive Safety Evaluation of a Reservoir

为规范小型水库大坝安全运行管理工作,并为水库除险加固工程提供技术支撑,依据《水库大坝安全评价导则》,对水库大坝运行管理、大坝渗流安全、防洪能力、结构安全等进行评价分析。提出水库大坝安全综合评定等级,保证水库的日常维修养护、除险加固项目安排符合工程实际,保障水库规范运行和人民生命财产安全。

In order to standardize the safe operation and management of small reservoir dams,and provide technical support for the reinforcement engineerings of reservoirs,the operation and management of reservoir dams,seepage safety of dams,flood control capacity and structural safety of dams are evaluated and analyzed according to the Guidelines for Safety Evaluation of Reservoir Dams.The comprehensive evaluation level for the safety of reservoir dams is put forward to ensure that the daily maintenance and reinforcement projects of the reservoir are arranged in accordance with the actual engineering situation,and ensure the standardized operation of the reservoir and the safety of people’s lives and property.
