韩江鹿湖隧洞引水工程二衬回填灌浆质量检测分析

Quality Inspection and Analysis of Backfill Grouting for the Second Lining of Hanjiangluhu Tunnel Diversion Project

摘要 二衬回填灌浆质量对水工隧洞正常运行具有决定性作用。文章以韩江鹿湖隧洞引水工程为例,利用探地雷达法对韩江鹿湖隧洞引水工程隧洞二衬回填灌浆质量进行检测。结果表明:检测的数据具有较高的分辨率和信噪比,在探地雷达实测剖面上可清晰地见到脱空发育区域的反射波。初次检测隧洞二衬钻爆段260~360里程段、1070~1160里程段、2560~2610里程段;盾构段5370~5450里程段、5740~6420里程段存在脱空发育。经过补灌后,针对脱空发育区域进行了复检工作,复检结果显示初检查明的脱空区域已无脱空异常存在,补灌浆效果理想。探地雷达法对隧洞二衬回填灌浆质量无损检测成果可靠,实施效率高,具有推广应用价值。 The quality of backfill grouting with second liner plays a decisive role in the normal operation of hydraulic tunnel.Taking the Hanjiangluhu Tunnel Diversion Project as an example,the quality of the second lining backfill grouting of the tunnel is tested by using the ground penetrating radar method.The results show that the detected data have high resolution and signal-to-noise ratio.The reflected wave of the empty area can be clearly seen on the measured profile of GPR.For the first time,mileage section from 260 to 360,from 1070 to 1160,from 2560 to 2610 of the second lining drilling and blasting section of the tunnel were detected.There are cavitation development in the shield segment from 5370 to 5450 miles and from 5740 to 6420 miles.After supplementary irrigation,the reinspection work is carried out in the empty area.The reinspection results show that there is no abnormal cavitation in the initial inspection area.And the effect of supplementary grouting is ideal.The ground penetrating radar method is reliable and efficient in the non-destructive detection of the quality of the second lining backfill grouting in tunnel,which has the value of popularization and application.
