降低喷射混凝土回弹量措施分析

摘要 为了提升阿湖水库喷射混凝土工程施工效率和速度,减少资源浪费。对施工过程中喷射混凝土回弹率过高的原因进行分析,结果表明操作人员经验不足、方法不当;机械精度不足;配合比不符合要求等是造成这一现象的主要原因。综合考虑采取以下方法严格按照操作规程执行;在原喷嘴处加装一个带孔眼同心异径的扩散管;严格控制喷射混凝土的配合比;去除偏差较大数值,剩余数值取平均值后,混凝土回弹率显著降低。研究结果可为混凝土施工提供参考。 In order to improve the efficiency and speed of shotcrete construction in Ahu Reservoir,and reduce resource waste of resources,the reasons for the high rebound rate of sprayed concrete during construction process are analyzed.The results show the main causes of this phenomenon are the inexperienced operators,the inappropriate methods,the insufficient mechanical accuracy and the non-conforming mix ratio.After comprehensively consideration,the following methods are adopted in strict accordance with the operating procedures.Firstly,a concentric diameter reducing diffusion tube with a hole is installed at the original nozzle.Secondly,the mix ratio of sprayed concrete is strictly controlled.Thirdly,the concrete rebound rate significantly decreases after removing the large deviation values and averaging the remaining values.The results can provide reference for concrete construction.
