高校是高度理性的组织,其治理过程必须在理论指导下进行,这是各国高度重视高校内部治理理论研究的主因。梳理回顾国内外高校内部治理的理论研究成果,从中了解中外高校内部治理理论研究的过去与现状,述评其特点和局限性等,不仅有利于深化高校内部治理的后续研究,还可以帮助研究者在已有研究成果的基础上,把握和聚焦提升高校内部治理效率的研究方向。

Universities are highly rational organizations,and their governance must be guided by theory,which is why countries attach great importance to the theoretical research of internal governance of universities.Reviewing the theoretical research results of internal governance in universities at home and abroad to understand the past and present situation of the research and comment on its characteristics,shortcomings and limitations are conducive to deepening follow⁃up research and can help researchers grasp and focus on priorities that are instructive for improving the efficiency of internal governance based on existing research results.
