摘要
水体中微量有机物的高效富集与检测技术一直是环境科学与分析化学领域的研究热点,因其对环境监测、食品安全和人类健康的重要性而备受关注。本文探讨了水体中微量有机物的高效富集技术,例如,固相萃取(SPE)技术、液液萃取技术以及分子印迹聚合物(MIPs)技术等,并结合水体中有机物的特点,论述了其高效检测技术,有助于促进水体微量有机物检测水平的不断提高,进而为水体保护工作的全面开展提供支持。
The efficient enrichment and detection technology of trace organic compounds in water has always been a research hotspot in the fields of environmental science and analytical chemistry,and has attracted much attention due to its importance for environmental monitoring,food safety,and human health.This article explores efficient enrichment techniques for trace organic compounds in water,such as solid-phase extraction(SPE),liquid-liquid extraction,and molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPs).Combined with the characteristics of organic compounds in water,this article discusses their efficient detection techniques,which can help promote the continuous improvement of the detection level of trace organic compounds in water and provide support for the comprehensive development of water protection work.
