“地方性知识”及其研究方法为城市美学提供了新的知识观和方法论。中国城市美学研究需要重新审视西方城市美学的普遍性知识,从历史维度和空间维度深入到城市美学的地方性情境,从城市发展、城市文化、城市空间入手,构建具有中国特色的城市美学研究概念和体系,指导中国特色的城镇化建设与发展。

Local knowledge and its research methods provide a new knowledge perspective and methodology for urban aesthetics.The research on Chinese urban aesthetics needs to re-examine the universal knowledge of Western urban aesthetics,delve into the local context of urban aesthetics from the historical and spatial dimensions,start from the“local”urban development,urban culture,and urban space,construct a research concept and system of urban aesthetics with Chinese characteristics,and guide the development of urbanization with Chinese characteristics.
