聚酯型水性聚氨酯油墨的制备与性能

摘要 以聚酯多元醇XCP-2000PM和XCP-2000IPS、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)等为原料,合成一系列聚酯型水性聚氨酯(X-WPU),采用乳液性能、水接触角、力学性能等测试分析了XCP-2000PM和XCP-2000IPS添加量对X-WPU性能的影响,结果表明,随着XCP-2000IPS在软段中比例的增大,X-WPU乳液粒径逐渐增大,膜水接触角和拉伸强度呈先增大后下降的趋势,当XCP-2000IPS在软段中质量分数为10%时,制备的XWPU3综合性能最佳,乳液平均粒径为95.7 nm,薄膜24 h吸水率为6.8%,表面水接触角为84.64°,膜的拉伸强度为20.86 MPa。以X-WPU3为连接料与水性色浆、助剂制备水性油墨,结果表明,水性油墨具有较好的初干性、复溶性、耐水性及附着牢度,墨膜在水中浸泡24 h未脱落溶解,附着牢度达到0级。 A series of polyester type waterborne polyurethane(X-WPU)were synthesized using polyester polyols XCP-2000PM and XCP-2000IPS,isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),dihydroxymethyl propionic acid(DMPA)and other raw materials.The influence of XCP-2000PM and XCP-2000IPS addition on the performance of X-WPU was investigated through the test of emulsion performance,water contact angle and mechanical properties of the films.The results showed that with the increase of the content of XCP-2000IPS in the soft segment,the particle size of the X-WPU emulsion increased while the water contact angle and tensile strength of the film increased first and then decreased.When the content of XCP-2000IPS in the soft segment was 10%,the comprehensive performance of X-WPU3 was best.The average particle size of the emulsion was 95.7 nm and the water absorption of the film in 24 h was 6.8%.The water contact angle of the film was 84.64°and the tensile strength was 20.86 MPa.The water-based ink was prepared by X-WPU3 as the binder with water-based color paste and additives.The properties of the water-based ink as initial dryness,resolubility,water resistance and adhesion were good.The ink film was soaked in water for 24 h without peeling or dissolving and the adhesion fastness reached level 0.
