中华职业教育社的人际网络与经费来源一瞥——以“续领股票股息事件”为中心的考察

A Glimpse of the Interpersonal Network and Funding Source of China Vocational Education Association:An Investigation Centered on the Event of “Continuing to Receive Stock Dividends”

近代中国新式社团的活动与社团经费直接相关。中华职业教育社集结学界、政界、实业界等众多社员,搭建了复杂的社会人际网络,为事业发展所需经费寻求到多种募集渠道,私人捐助为其中之一。1925年,社员姚子让向中华职业教育社捐助胶济铁路股票二十五股,但因时隔久远、经办机构变化等原因,续领股息过程历尽曲折。这一事件的解决,体现出社员关系层层嵌套而形成的人际网络与经费来源之间的隐性联结。

The activity of new associations in modern China is directly related to the amount of funding. China Vocational Education Association has gathered members from various fields such as education, politics, and industry, and has built a complex interpersonal network to seek various channels of funding, and private donations are one of them. In 1925, Yao Zirang, a member of the association, donated 25 shares of Jiaoji railway stock. However, due to long duration and changes of management organization, the process of continuing to receive stock dividends was very tortuous. The end of the event reveals the implicit connection between the interpersonal network formed by the nested relationships among members and funding source.
