摘要
人工智能技术(Artificial Intelligence,AI)应用广泛,近年来人工智能技术在食品中的应用越来越多。阐述了食品原料采集、食品流通、食品加工与包装、食品贮藏、食品质量安全这5个过程中人工智能技术的应用,为进一步研究提供参考。
The application of Artificial Intelligence(AI)technology is widely.There are more and more applications of AI technology in food.The application of AI technology in raw material acquisition,circulation,processing and packaging,storage,quality and safety of food were stated in this paper,in order to provide reference for further research.
