摘要
各学段思政课教师是推进大中小学思政课一体化建设的关键力量,推进大中小学思政课教师队伍一体化建设,是提升各学段思政课教师队伍能力的需要、优化各学段思政课教师队伍结构的需要、创新各学段思政课教师队伍激励机制的需要、健全各学段思政课教师准入和退出制度的需要。在推进各学段教师队伍一体化建设过程中,存在亟需破解的难题。这些难题有各学段思政课教师队伍一体化意识不强、供给数量不足、缺少沟通交流平台、保障机制不健全。为了破解这些难题,要做到加强“培养培训”,强化各学段思政课教师一体化意识;做到“多管齐下”,配齐配优各学段思政课教师;搭建“交流平台”,助力各学段思政课教师协同育人;提供“多方保障”,健全各学段思政课教师保障机制。
The teachers of ideological and political courses in each section are the key forces to promote the integration of ideological and political courses in primary and secondary schools,and they need to do a good job in their construction.Promoting the integrated construction of ideological and political teachers in primary and secondary schools is the need to improve the ability of ideological and political teachers in each section,optimize the structure of ideological and political teachers in each section,innovate the incentive mechanism of ideological and political teachers in each section,and improve the access and exit system of ideological and political teachers in each section.In the process of promoting the integration of teachers in each section,there are problems that need to be solved urgently.These problems include the weak awareness of the integration of ideological and political teachers in each section,insufficient supply,lack of communication platform,and imperfect guarantee mechanism.In order to solve these problems,it is necessary to strengthen training and strengthen the integration;consciousness of ideological and political teachers in each stage;do multi-pronged,match and optimize the ideological and political teachers in each section;build a communication platform to help teachers of ideological and political courses in all stages to educate people in coordination;provide multi-party guarantee and improve the guarantee mechanism of ideological and political teachers in each learning section.
