数字孪生技术驱动产业链创新链融合发展的内涵、特征与实现路径

The Connotation,Characteristics,and Implementation Path of Digital Twin Technology Driving the Integrated Development of Industrial Chain and Innovation Chain

摘要 产业链创新链(以下简称“双链”)融合发展是国内国际双循环格局下的必然要求,但链结构差异、网络碎片化、政策非协同等问题影响其流转效率及协同效果。在创新范式转变中,数字孪生技术展现出独特的动态过程映射和实时双向互动能力,为创新管理带来新思路。基于对“双链”内涵、融合现状与数字孪生技术特征、使能作用的系统性梳理,提出以数字孪生技术驱动“双链”融合发展的实现路径,在数字化标准表达与数据融合中实现全过程整合,跨越时间和空间的尺度实现互动与协同。具体来看,数字孪生技术在促进产业链创新链全过程整合与全时空交互中调节“双链”上下游各参与主体在运行机制、认知或目标上的结构性差异,控制产业网络和创新网络在发展过程中的碎片化趋向,转变产业政策与创新政策在设计布局、资源分配上的非协同问题,实现从单点优化范式到“双链”协同范式的重构与升级。然而,数字孪生技术仍存在技术实现、隐私安全、权责管理方面的不足,有待进一步探索和研究。 The integrated development of industrial chain innovation chain(hereinafter referred to as"double chain")is an inevitable requirement under the pattern of"dual circulation"of domestic and international markets.However,its efficiency and collaborative effectiveness are affected by factors such as structural disparities within the chain,network fragmentation,and lack of policy coordination.Among the paradigm shift in innovation,digital twin technology exhibits a unique ability for dynamic process mapping and real-time bidirectional interaction,bringing in new perspectives to innovation management.Based on a systematic review of the connotation and the current state of integration of the industrial chain and innovation chain,as well as the characteristics and enabling functions of digital twin technology,this paper proposes a pathway for the integration development of"dual chains"driven by digital twin technology.It achieves full-process integration through digital standard expression and data fusion,transcending temporal and spatial dimensions to realize"dual chains"interaction and collaboration.Specifically,digital twin technology facilitates the integration of the entire process of the industrial chain and innovation chain,and the full-time and space interaction.It regulates the structural differences in operation mechanisms,cognition,or objectives among various participating parties along the"dual chains,"controls the fragmentation trend of industrial and innovation networks during their development,and addresses the non-collaborative issues in the design layout and resource allocation of industrial policies and innovation policies.This results in the reconstruction and upgrade of innovation management from a single-point optimization paradigm to a dual-chain collaborative paradigm.However,deficiencies still remain in the technological implementation,privacy security,and responsibility management of digital twin technology,on which further exploration and research is needed.
