舒泰与右美托咪定对小熊猫复合麻醉的临床效果

摘要 为评估舒泰(替来他明和唑拉西泮合剂)与右美托咪定联合应用对小熊猫的麻醉效果,使用舒泰2.0~3.0 mg/kg和右美托咪定20~40μg/kg对全身体检和临床治疗的30只小熊猫实施复合麻醉,观察并记录麻醉相关时间、麻醉过程中小熊猫的各项生理指标和反射活动.结果显示:舒泰和右美托咪定联合应用能迅速且安全地诱导小熊猫麻醉,麻醉效果良好.随着舒泰剂量增加,麻醉维持时间延长,其中舒泰3.0 mg/kg和右美托咪定30μg/kg剂量组合对小熊猫进行麻醉的维持时间可达(61.5±7.06)min,与其他各组相比差异显著(P<0.05).维持麻醉期间,各组小熊猫的心率、呼吸频率、体温和血氧饱和度等生理指标均在正常参考值范围内,且镇静、镇痛和肌松效果良好,达到中度麻醉至外科麻醉水平.麻醉过程中未见呕吐、呼吸暂停、不规则呼吸或其它任何不良反应.肌肉注射颉颃剂阿替美唑后,小熊猫苏醒过程平稳迅速.综上,应用舒泰和右美托咪定对小熊猫进行复合麻醉安全有效,可通过调整麻醉药剂量控制麻醉时间,能满足全身体检、诊断和手术治疗等临床需求. To evaluate the anesthetic effects induced by combination of telazol(tiletamine⁃zolazepam)and dexmedetomidine on red pandas,a total of thirty red pandas requiring body check and treatment were examined.Red pandas were anesthetized by in⁃tramuscular injection of telazol(2.0~3.0 mg/kg)combined with dexmedetomidine(20~40μg/kg).Physiologic parameters including heart rate,respiratory rate,rectal temperature,pulse oxygen saturation,as well as sedative and analgesic effects were assessed.All groups showed clinically comparable rapid induction effects resulting in spontaneous lateral/sternal recumbency and loss of paw withdrawal reflex in 8 minutes.Notably,the duration of general anesthesia for this combination(3.0 mg/kg tel⁃azol and 30μg/kg dexmedetomidine)was(61.5±7.06)min,which was significantly greater than the other four groups(P<0.05).During anesthesia,the physiological values such as heart rate,respiratory rate,rectal temperature and pulse oxygen satu⁃ration were in normal reference range.Likewise,red pandas showed good sedation,analgesia and muscle relaxation during anes⁃thesia,conforming to moderate level of anesthesia to surgical operation level.No vomiting,apnea irregular breathing or any ad⁃verse events were indicated in all groups.At the end of treatment anesthesia was fully reversed by atipamezole.In summary,the telazol⁃dexmedetomidine combination provided an effective and stable anesthesia for red pandas,and the duration of anesthesia could be controlled by varying the dosage,which could meet the ideal clinical anesthesia requirements for general physical ex⁃amination,diagnosis and surgical treatment.
