摘要
目的:研究樟木的化学成分。方法:采用多种色谱技术和波谱学方法对樟木乙醇提取物中的化学成分进行分离、纯化和结构鉴定。结果:从樟木中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为:3′,4′-dihydroxy-1,2,6-trimethoxy-[1,1′-biphenyl]-4(1H)-one(1)、spiropreussomerin A(2)、(-)-lyoniresinol(3)、(+)-lyoniresinol(4)、异落叶松树脂素(5)、9-羟基芝麻素(6)、9-hydroxyl piperonol(7)、l-细辛脂素(8)、松脂醇(9)、6,7-二甲氧基香豆素(10)、(R)-(+)-5-(2,3-dihydroxypropyl)-1,3-benzodioxole(11)、3,4,5-三甲氧基苄醇(12)。结论:其中,化合物1、2、4、7、11和12为首次从樟属植物中分离得到,化合物3、5为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Cinnamomum camphora.Methods:Several chromatographic methods and spectroscopy techniques were used to isolate,purify and identify the chemical constituents from the ethanol extract of Cinnamomum camphora.Results:Twelve compounds were isolated from Cinnamomum camphora and identified as 3′,4′-dihydroxy-1,2,6-trimethoxy-[1,1′-biphenyl]-4(1H)-one(1),spiropreussomerin A(2),(-)-lyoniresinol(3),(+)-lyoniresinol(4),isolariciresinol(5),9-hydrox-ysesamin(6),9-hydroxyl piperonol(7),l-asarinin(8),pinoresinol(9),6,7-dimethoxycoumarin(10),(R)-(+)-5-(2,3-dihydroxyprop-yl)-1,3-benzodioxole(11),3,4,5-trimethoxybenzyl alcohol(12),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 1,2,4,7,11,12 are isolated from Cinnamomum genus for the first time,compounds 3,5 are isolated from Cinnamomum camphora for the first time.
