配电电缆试验方法的研究现状和发展趋势

摘要 配电电缆是电网设备的重要组成部分,其绝缘缺陷引发局部放电、整体绝缘老化是导致电缆故障的主要原因。为预防电缆故障、保证配网安全可靠运行,研究配电电缆试验方法具有重要意义。文中总结国内外现行试验标准;阐述配电电缆各种试验方法的原理和试验规程,包括工频电压试验、串联谐振电压试验、振荡波电压试验、超低频正弦波电压试验、超低频余弦方波电压试验;重点综述振荡波和超低频电压试验方法的研究现状和存在问题,讨论电缆局放特性;最后总结上述试验方法的优缺点,探讨其在配电电缆绝缘状态诊断应用的主要发展趋势。 Distribution cable is an important part of equipment of power grid.Partial discharge and overall insulation aging due to its insulation defects are main reasons leading the the cable failures.For preventing cable failures and ensuring safe and reliable operation of the distribution power grid,it is of great significance to study the test method of distribution cable.In this paper,the existing test standards both at home and abroad are summarized,the princi-ples and test specification of various test methods for distribution cable,including power frequency voltage test,se-ries resonance voltage test,oscillation wave voltage test,very low frequency sinusoidal wave voltage test,very low fre-quency cosine rectangular wave voltage test,are described.And the study status and the existed problem of the oscil-lation wave and very low frequency voltage test method is reviewed in detail and the partial discharge characteristic of cable is discussed.Finally,the prons and cons of the test method mentioned above is summarized and its main de-velopment trends of their application in the insulation condition diagnosis of distribution cable are discussed.
