摘要
蔬菜营养价值丰富,但是蔬菜采摘后储存不当很容易腐败变质,其营养价值也会随之流失,因此蔬菜保鲜技术对于保证蔬菜的营养价值和经济价值十分重要。本文分析了不同蔬菜保鲜技术的特点,展望了蔬菜保鲜技术未来的发展趋势。
Vegetables are rich in nutritional value,but improper storage of vegetables after picking is easy to spoil and deteriorate,and their nutritional value will also be lost.Therefore,vegetable preservation technology is very important to ensure the nutritional value and economic value of vegetables.This paper analyzes the characteristics of different vegetable preservation technologies,and looks forward to the future development trend of vegetable preservation technology.
