甘油二酯生理功能和制备技术的研究进展

摘要 甘油二酯是公认的安全食品成分,膳食中甘油二酯具有减脂降脂、降血糖等功效。本文重点阐述甘油二酯生理功能和制备技术,以期为甘油二酯油的开发和应用提供参考。 Diacylglycerol is recognized as a safe food ingredient,and DAG has the effects of reducing fats,lipids,and blood sugar.This article focuses on the physiological functions and preparation techniques of diacylglycerol,in order to provide reference for the development and application of diacylglycerol oil.
