低温存储粮食用冰蓄冷单元性能强化研究

摘要 冰蓄冷装置可以将低谷电量转换为冷量存储起来并于用电高峰时利用,是实现节能减排的重要技术手段。本文基于enthalpy-porosity方法对肋片式套管蓄冰单元进行数值模拟研究,分析了典型的蓄冰过程传热机理,并量化了肋片参数(肋片厚度、高度及数量)对蓄冰单元性能的影响,为肋片式套管蓄冰装置在粮食低温储存中的后续应用提供了可靠的设计指导。 The use of ice storage devices is a crucial technology for energy conservation and emission reduction,as it allows for the storage of surplus electricity into cooling energy during off-peak periods and the release of stored cooling energy during peak periods.This paper focuses on the performance of a finned tube ice storage unit using numerical simulations based on the enthalpy-porosity method.The typical ice storage process is analyzed and the underlying heat transfer mechanisms is investigated.Furthermore,the influences of fin parameters including thickness,height,and number on the performance of the ice storage unit are quantitatively assessed.This study is beneficial for the design of the finned tube ice storage device for further applications in grain storage under low temperature.
