Preliminary exploration of a multidisciplinary management model for cirrhotic portal hypertension

To the Editor,Portal hypertension(PH)refers to a group of clinical syndromes caused by increased pressure in the portal venous system resulting from a variety of etiologies.The most common disease is liver cirrhosis,mainly manifesting as ascites,esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding,and hepatic encephalopathy.These complications can affect the quality of life of patients and even directly threaten their lives.
