以ChatGPT为代表的生成式人工智能宣告着智能时代的到来,其背后潜藏的技术风险、数字安全隐患以及传播中话语权公平问题也引人深思。在全球传播新格局形成的关键时刻,中国应把握时机,积极推动以“文心一言”为代表的本土人工智能产品的发展,将中华文化与我国主流价值观融入其中,在技术探索的同时增强人工智能的文化底蕴。在新时代既要抢占技术高地,也要把握国际传播话语权,维护国家形象,夯实国际地位。

Taking ChatGPT as an example generative artificial intelligence(AI) heralds the arrival of the intelligent era.However it also raises concerns about the technology risks digital security hazards and fairness of discourse in global communication.At this critical moment when a new global communication system is forming China should seize the opportunity and actively promote the development of native AI products represented by“Ernie Bot”incorporating Chinese culture and mainstream values and enhance the cultural literacy of AI.In the new era it is necessary to explore the advanced technology as well as to grasp the international communication discourse to safeguard the national image and to consolidate the international status.
