As the core and deep application of higher-order intelligence emotional intelligence based on affective computing is considered to be the new direction of AI development in the future which will bring revolutionary changes to the current public opinion monitoring and analysis with text content and simple emotion grading as the main body and will also re-establish the current public opinion governance logic.The paper clarifies the concept and characteristics of affective computing focus on analyzing the transformation of public opinion analysis paradigm brought by affective computing and the reconstruction of public opinion governance logic and propose ideas and suggestions on how to prevent affective computing from public opinion analysis and governance risks.
