福州市海洋产业发展研究

Fuzhou Marine Industry Development Research

福州市立于东海之滨,与祖国宝岛台湾隔海(台湾海峡)相望,自古以来就是“海丝”沿线具有重要影响力的港口城市,也是中国首批开放的沿海城市。1994年,习近平同志在福州市履职期间,就提出建设“海上福州”战略构想。2021年,习近平总书记来闽考察时特别强调福建要壮大海洋新兴产业,这给福州市海洋产业的发展提供了遵循。本文对福州市海洋产业发展基础和环境进行了梳理,对其发展现状展开深入探究,发现目前福州市海洋产业发展依然存在海洋产业结构布局有待优化、传统海洋产业粗放发展模式尚未完全改变以及海洋新兴产业发展仍不充分的问题。结合福州海洋产业发展现状及面临的问题,为推动福州海洋产业更加高效发展,本文建议加快转变传统海洋渔业发展模式、促进临港工业集群化水平提高、打造世界一流水平的深水大港、推进滨海旅游业高质量发展、大力培育壮大海洋新兴产业。

Fuzhou City is on the coast of the East China Sea,is bordered by the Taiwan Strait to the east.Since ancient times,it has been an important influential port city along the“Maritime Silk Road”,and was identified one of the first batch open coastal cities.At the year of 1994,Xi Jinping served as Secretary of the CPC Fuzhou Committee,and proposed the strategic idea of building the“Maritime Fuzhou”.In 2021,the General Secretary Xi came to Fujian to inspect special emphasis on Fujian to expand the emerging marine emerging industries,which provided guidance for the development of Fuzhou marine industry.This article sorted out the foundation and environment of the marine industry in Fuzhou City,and conducted in-depth inquiry of its development status.It is found that the development of the marine industry in Fuzhou still has the inadequate industrial structure.The extensive development model of traditional industries has not yet changed completely and the development of emerging industries is still insufficient.Combining the current status and problems facing Fuzhou’s marine industry,the more efficient development of Fuzhou marine industry needs to accelerate the transformation of traditional fishery development models,promote the level of industrial clusterization of the port,build a world-class deepwater port,and promote the high-quality development of coastal tourism industry.Vigorously cultivate emerging marine industries.
