摘要
食品安全抽检是发现食品安全风险隐患,推进食品安全科学监管的重要手段。目前我国食品安全抽检在法规制度、组织协调等方面仍存在一定的问题,食品安全风险评估管理缺乏系统性。为完善我国食品安全抽检制度,提高食品安全抽检管理水平,本研究对我国食品安全抽检制度现状和存在的问题进行分析,并提出了完善我国食品安全抽检制度的对策建议,以期为加强食品安全监管提供参考。
Food safety sampling is an important means of discovering food safety risks and promoting scientific supervision of food safety.At present,there are still certain problems in the regulatory system,organization and coordination of food safety sampling in China,and the management of food safety risk assessment lacks systematicity.In order to improve China’s food safety sampling system and enhance the level of food safety sampling management,this study analyzes the current situation and existing problems of China’s food safety sampling system,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions to improve China’s food safety sampling system,in order to provide reference for strengthening food safety supervision.
