β-环糊精磁性碳纳米管固相萃取在检测蔬菜中4种有机磷农残中的应用

摘要 建立了β-环糊精磁性碳纳米管固相萃取(β-Cyclodextrin Magnetic Carbon Nanotubes,β-CD@MCNT)结合气相色谱-火焰光度检测器(Gas Chromatography-Flame Photometric Detector,GC-FPD)测定蔬菜中4种有机磷农药残留的方法。在最佳试验条件下,4种有机磷农药在0.001~1.000μg·mL^(-1)线性关系均良好,相关系数均大于0.998,在0.02 mg·kg^(-1)、0.10 mg·kg^(-1)、0.50 mg·kg^(-1)加标水平下,回收率在79.0%~115.3%,相对标准偏差在2.8%~10.1%。该方法具有精密度和准确度高等优点,可用于蔬菜中4种有机磷农药残留的检测。 A method was developed for the determination of 4 organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables by usingβ-cyclodextrin magnetic carbon nanotubes solid-phase extraction(β-CD@MCNT)and gas chromatography-flame photometric detector.The results showed that 4 organophosphorus pesticides had a good linearity in the range of 0.001~1.000μg·mL^(-1),the correlation coefficients were higher than 0.998 under the optimal conditions.Their average recoveries at spiked levels of 0.02 mg·kg^(-1),-1-10.10 mg·kg and 0.50 mg·kg were 79.0%~115.3%with relative standard deviations of 2.8%~10.1%.The method has the advantages of high precision and accuracy,and can be suitable for the analysis of 4 kinds of organophosphorus pesticide residues detection in vegetables.
