摘要 在食品供应链日益复杂的背景下,食品安全问题成为公共卫生领域面临的重大挑战,尤其是食源性疾病的预防与控制方面。微生物污染是食品安全领域中最普遍且最具挑战性的问题之一,它不仅影响食品的质量和消费者的健康,还可能对食品生产企业和国家的经济造成重大损失。在这种背景下,快速、准确地检测食品中的微生物污染成为确保食品安全的关键。本文深入探讨了微生物检测技术在食品安全检测中的应用,并提出通过技术进步应对食品安全检测面临的挑战。 In the context of increasingly complex food supply chains,food safety issues have become a major challenge in the field of public health,especially in the prevention and control of foodborne diseases.Microbial contamination is one of the most common and challenging issues in the field of food safety.It not only affects the quality of food and the health of consumers,but may also cause significant economic losses to food production enterprises and countries.In this context,rapid and accurate detection of microbial contamination in food has become the key to ensuring food safety.This article delves into the application of microbial detection technology in food safety testing and proposes to address existing challenges in food safety testing through technological progress.
