摘要
为构建口腔医学生的岗位胜任力模型,通过文献查阅和小组访谈拟定初始胜任力指标,并采用德尔菲法对27名专家进行咨询,探讨口腔医学生应具备的胜任力。两轮专家咨询后确定了8个一级指标和50个二级指标的口腔医学生岗位胜任力指标体系。研究显示,该指标体系能够为培养和评价口腔医学生提供参考。
To construct post competency model for stomatological students,initial competency indexs were developed through literature review and group interviews,and 27 experts were consulted with the Delphi method to explore the competencies that stomatological students should possess.After two rounds of expert consultation,index system of competency for stomatological students was determined with 8 first-class indexes and 50 secondary indexes.Research has shown that index system can provide reference for cultivating and evaluating stomatological students.
