摘要
OBE教育理念以学习者为中心、以学习结果为导向、以持续改进为原则开展课程教学活动。基于OBE教育理念,老年心理学课程从反向设计课程目标、重构教学内容强化知识体系联系、创新产教融合实践体系、优化多手段混合的教学方式和构建全方位可持续改进的评价体系等5个方面进行课程创新教学探索,为养老服务管理专业课程教学创新设计提供参考。
The OBE education philosophy focuses on learner centeredness,results oriented learning,and continuous improvement as the principle to carry out course teaching activities.Based on the OBE education concept,the geriatric psychology course explores innovative teaching from five aspects:reverse design of course objectives,reconstruction of teaching content to strengthen knowledge system connections,innovation of industry education integration practice system,optimization of multi-means mixed teaching methods,and construction of a comprehensive and sustainable improvement evaluation system,providing reference for innovative teaching design of geriatric service management courses.
