从“以劳树德”“以劳增智”“以劳强体”“以劳育美”“以劳促创”5个方面分析新时代医学生劳动教育对其职业生涯产生的影响。在此基础上,从加强育人层面的顶层设计、将劳动素养作为人才培养的重要内容、构建特色劳动教育体系、激发医学生全面发展的内生动力、加强师资队伍建设、营造特色劳动文化氛围、整合资源搭建平台及做好劳动素养监测等8个方面论述新时代加强医学生劳动教育促进其职业生涯发展的策略。

To analyze the impact of labor education on the medical students'career development in the new era from five aspects:"cultivating virtue through labor""enhancing intelligence through labor""strengthening the body through labor""cultivating beauty through labor",and"promoting innovation through labor".On this basis,strategies for strengthening labor education for medical students in the new era to promote their career development are discussed from eight aspects:strengthening the top-level design of education,making labor literacy an important part of personnel cultivation,constructing a distinctive labor education system,stimulating the internal driving force for medical students'comprehensive development,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,creating a distinctive labor culture atmosphere,integrating resources and building platforms,and doing a good job in monitoring labor literacy.
