基于混合方法研究的地方高校护理本科生科研创新能力现状及其影响因素分析

摘要 目的 分析广西某高等医学院校在校护理本科生的科研创新能力现状及影响因素。方法 采用解释性序列设计的混合研究,使用便利抽样法选取514名在校护理本科生进行科研创新能力及其影响因素调查,使用目的抽样法对18位护理本科生进行半结构式访谈。结果 本科护生科研创新能力得分为(43.00±8.86)分,不同年级及科研团队角色期望不同的护理本科生科研创新能力得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护生认为影响科研创新能力的主要因素为:课程质量、学术氛围、指导教师因素、科研条件、知识储备。访谈提炼目前阻碍护生科研创新能力发展的5个要素主题:课程质量待改善、学术氛围需营造、教师指导强依赖、知识储备显不足、科研资源需调控。结论 地方高校护理本科生的总体科研创新能力处于中等偏下水平,可以课程质量、学术氛围、教师指导、科研资源作为切入点,分年级制定干预措施,激发其科研意愿,孵化创新能力,培养具有地方特色的应用型护理创新人才。 Objective To analyze the status and influencing factors of research innovation ability among nursing undergraduate in a medical college in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.Methods A mixed study was conducted with explanatory sequence design.Convenience sampling was used to select 514 nursing undergraduate for a survey on their research innovation ability and influencing factors.Purposive sampling was used to conduct semi-structured interviews with 18 nursing undergraduate.Results The score of nursing undergraduates'scientific research innovation ability was(43.00±8.86),and there was a statistically significant difference in the score of nursing undergraduate with different grades and scientific research team role expectations(P<0.05).Nursing students believe that the main factors affecting their ability to conduct scientific research and innovation are course quality,academic atmosphere,mentor factors,scientific research conditions,and knowledge reserves.The interview extracted five key themes that currently hinder the development of innovative abilities in nursing research:improving course quality,creating an academic atmosphere,relying heavily on teacher guidance,insufficient knowledge reserves,and regulating scientific research resources.Conclusions The overall scientific research and innovation ability of nursing undergraduates in local high schools is at a slightly lower than average level.course quality,academic atmosphere,teacher guidance,and research resources can be used as entry score to develop intervention measures according to grade levels,stimulate their research willingness,incubate innovation ability,and cultivate practical nursing innovation personnel with local characteristics.
