欧亚经济联盟经济一体化发展的现状与制约因素

Current Situation and Constraints of Economic Integration Development in the Eurasian Economic Union

欧亚经济联盟作为一个发展中的新兴区域经济一体化组织,在经济一体化进程中已取得一系列成果,但也面临诸多挑战。究其原因,既有成员国间经济发展水平差距悬殊、贸易结构同质化严重、基础设施匮乏、各国利益诉求不一致的自身条件限制,也因西方国家的遏制与制裁,致使俄罗斯与西方国家关系日益紧张,短期内难以突破外部世界政治形势影响。欧亚经济联盟应抓住当前区域经济一体化飞速发展的机遇,采取多项举措应对不利局面,加强国家之间的经济合作,凸显其一体化合作的强大韧性和经济潜力。

As a developing and emerging regional economic integration organization,the Eurasian Economic Union(EAEU)has made a series of achievements in the process of economic integration,but it also faces many challenges.The problems include the wide gap in the level of economic development among member states,the serious homogenization of trade structure,the lack of infrastructure,the inconsistent interests of various countries,and the containment and sanctions from Western countries,which have led to increasingly tense relations between Russia and Western countries and the influence of the external political situation that is difficult to break through in the short term.The EAEU should seize the opportunity of the rapid development of regional economic integration,take a number of measures to deal with the unfavorable situation,strengthen economic cooperation among countries,and highlight the strong resilience and economic potential of its integration cooperation.
