基于FCE-AHP模型的地铁电源系统健康状态评估

摘要 地铁电源系统是地铁高效、安全、稳定运营的重要保障,针对电源设备的健康状态评估,提出一种基于模糊综合评价法的评估方法。首先根据设备运行实际情况、外部环境因素影响、设备运行时的自身特性,构建电源设备评估指标体系;其次采用层次分析法确定指标层、元件层权重;接着通过对指标监测数据隶属度值的计算,构建第1层模糊评判矩阵,采用加权平均算子将指标层权重与隶属度矩阵结合,并以此构建第2层模糊评判矩阵;最后结合元件层权重与第2层模糊评判矩阵,构建整体模糊评判矩阵,对整体电源系统进行健康评估,基于隶属度最大原则,根据划分的4个健康等级,建立电源系统整体健康状态评估模型。经在宁波地铁某号线实际监测数据的验证表明:该评估方法符合设备实际运行情况,证实了其合理性,同时也为设备进行状态修提供了科学依据。 The power supply system is a crucial element to ensure the efficient,safe and,stable operation of the metro system.An evaluation method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE)is proposed in this paper for evaluating the health status of power supply equipment.Initially,an evaluation index system for power equipment is constructed,considering the actual operation conditions,the impact of external environmental elements,and the inherent characteristics during operation.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is then employed to determine the weights of the index layer and the component layer.Subsequently,by calculating the membership values from the index monitoring data,the first layer of the fuzzy evaluation matrix is constructed.The weighted average operator integrates these weights with the membership matrix to construct a second layer of the fuzzy evaluation matrix.Finally,the overall fuzzy evaluation matrix is formed by combining the second-layer matrix with the weights of the component layer,thus facilitating the health evaluation of the entire power system.Applying the principle of maximum membership value,and referencing the four defined health levels,the comprehensive health status evaluation model of the power system is developed.Verification against actual monitoring data from a specific line of the Ningbo Metro shows alignment with the equipment’s actual operation,confirming the method’s reasonableness.This also serves as scientific support for the equipment′s condition-based maintenance.
