桄榔粉的开发现状及研究进展

摘要 桄榔粉是一种药食同源的特色食物,具有低脂、低热能、高纤维等特点,随着生活水平的不断提高,人们对桄榔粉的需求越来越大。桄榔粉也因其多种功能特性而被各界研究学者关注,在国内取得一定研究进展,但人们对桄榔粉的了解仍有欠缺。因此,从桄榔粉的开采及研究现状、桄榔粉的食用和药用价值、成分分析等进行详细介绍,阐述桄榔种质资源的研究进展及目前桄榔开发存在的问题,为桄榔粉的开发利用和桄榔的可持续发展提供理论基础。 Sugar palm powder is a kind of special food with the same medicine and food.It has the characteristics of low fat,low heat energy and high fiber.With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the demand for sugar palm powder is increasing.Sugar palm powder has also attracted the attention of researchers from all walks of life because of its multiple functional properties,and certain research progress has been made in China,but people still lack the understanding of sugar palm powder.Therefore,this paper gave a detailed introduction to arenga pinnata's mining and research status,its edible and medicinal value,and its composition analysis.Besides,the research progress in arenga pinnata's germplasm resources and problems existing in its development were expounded.This paper provided a theoretical basis for arenga pinnata's development and sustainable development.
