摘要
燃气发电机作为气井生产应急保障单元,为高含硫场站自控、通信、仪表系统提供稳定的电源,它一次启动成功对保障气井安全平稳开采具有重要意义。文章针对XX气田场站燃气发电机停市电后难以一次启动成功的情况,对燃气发电机运行现状、工作原理、环境条件等进行分析,确定影响发电机启动成功率的主要因素。通过改进发电机进气结构、优化蓄电池管理、完善巡检制度等措施,将发电机一次启动成功率由55%提升至100%,有效降低了高含硫场站燃气发电机故障频率和维修成本,保障了气田异常停电后的生产安全。
As the emergency support unit for gas well production,the gas generator provides stable power supply for the automatic control,communication and instrument systems of the high sour station.Its successful startup is of great signif icance to ensure safe and stable production of the gas well.This paper analyzes the operation status,working principle and environmental conditions of the gas generator in XX gas f ield station to determine the main factors affecting the success rate of the generator startup.Through improving the air intake structure of the generator,optimizing the battery management and improving the patrol inspection system,the success rate of the f irst startup of the generator is increased from 55%to 100%,effectively reducing the failure frequency and maintenance cost of the gas generator in the high sour station,and guaranteeing the production safety after the abnormal power failure of the gas f ield.
