摘要
曼海姆法硫酸钾装置是以氯化钾和浓硫酸为原料,在曼海姆炉中反应,生成硫酸钾以及副产物氯化氢气体的重要设备,是化工生产领域的重要设备之一。文章通过对相关文献进行查阅,首先对曼海姆法硫酸钾装置的基本原理、结构进行了简要阐述。其次结合相关科学理论知识,以曼海姆炉装置、氯化氢气体吸收装置两个核心部件为对象,提出了针对性较强的改造措施与建议。希望文章的研究内容能够为硫酸钾生产以及类似生产工艺质量提升提供一定理论支持。
The Mannheim potassium sulfate plant is an important equipment for the production of potassium chloride and concentrated sulfuric acid as raw materials,which reacts in the Mannheim furnace to generate potassium sulfate and by-product hydrogen chloride gas.In this paper,the basic principle and structure of the Mannheim potassium sulfate plant are briefly expounded,and the two core components of the Mannheim furnace device and the hydrogen chloride gas absorption device are put forward with the two core components of the Mannheim furnace device and the hydrogen chloride gas absorption device as the objects.It is hoped that the research content of this paper can provide some theoretical support for the quality improvement of potassium sulfate production and similar production processes.
