石化行业烧焦过程二氧化碳排放量核算方法研究

摘要 石化行业作为高耗能高排放行业,其碳排放量约占工业行业总碳排放量的五分之一,核算石化行业的碳排放量对整个工业行业的碳减排具有举足轻重的作用。基于催化装置和重整装置烧焦过程的碳排放情况,采用现行的多种碳排放量核算方法进行数据对比,分析结果表明:在建设项目设计阶段,催化剂质量平衡法与装置碳质量平衡法计算出的碳排放量基本一致,排放因子法计算结果差别较大;运行阶段,催化剂质量平衡法和烟气监测法计算出的碳排放量误差范围为3%~17%。另外,建议后续技术成熟阶段,开展催化裂化装置再生烟气中CO_(2)在线监测试点工作,并作为其排放量的核算依据。最后,提出建立建设项目和现有企业“双时空”催化剂烧焦过程CO_(2)排放核算体系,建设项目设计阶段CO_(2)排放量作为减污降碳管控、碳排放水平核算及对标的参考,现有企业CO_(2)排放量作为碳排放配额发放和碳市场履约的依据的建议。 Petrochemical industry,as a high energy consumption and high emission industry,contributes one fifth of the total carbon emissions of all industries.Accounting the carbon emissions of the petrochemical industry plays a crucial role in reducing carbon emissions in the entire industrial sector.A comparison across all carbon dioxide emission calculation methods actively used for catalytic unit and reforming unit in the petrochemical industry was performed,the results difference of the comparison show∶during the design phase of construction projects,the carbon emission amounts of catalyst mass balance method and device carbon mass balance method are basically consistent,while the calculation results difference of emission factor method are larger;during the operation phase,the error range of carbon emissions calculated by the catalyst mass balance method and flue gas monitoring method is 3%~17%.In addition,it is suggested that in the mature stage of technology,the pilot work of on-line monitoring of CO_(2) in regenerated flue gas of FCC unit should be carried out,and it should be used as the basis for accounting of its emission.Finally,the paper proposes to establish a"double-spatio-temporal"catalytic coking process CO_(2) emission accounting system for construction projects and existing enterprises,the CO_(2) emission of construction projects is used as a reference for pollution and carbon emission reduction control,carbon emission level accounting and benchmarking,and the CO_(2) emission of existing enterprises is used as a basis for carbon emission quota issuance and carbon market performance.
