摘要
为避免生活污水直排引起河水污染,贵阳市已经采取多项措施进行水环境污染治理。目前,南明河截污沟基本实现旱季不溢流,但主干流雨季仍然存在合流制溢流污染风险。在分析贵阳市降雨特征的基础上,以“流域统筹,系统治理”为原则,采用“源头削减(海绵城市)+管渠控制(沟口精确限流)+调蓄处理”的溢流污染治理思路,探讨了南明河沿线调蓄设施布局与下游污水厂产能联动处理模式。基于“南明河小雨(降雨量≤5 mm)不溢流”的目标,按照“集约用地、分散布置”等原则布局6座调蓄池,同时联动污水处理厂按设计值的10%增加产能,调蓄池在降雨期间蓄满后,3天内排空,将调蓄池雨污混合水输送至南明河沿线联动污水处理厂处理后达标排放。旨在为南明河流域主干流合流制溢流污染问题提供解决思路。
In order to avoid river pollution caused by direct discharge of domestic sewage,Guiyang city has taken a number of measures to control water environment pollution.At present,the Nanming River sewage intercepting ditch basically does not overflow in the dry season,but the risk of overflow pollution still exists in the rainy season.Based on the analysis of the rainfall characteristics of Guiyang city,by the principle of"basin coordination and systematic governance",the idea of"source reduction(sponge city)+pipe canal control(precise flow restriction at outlet of drainage ditch)+storage and regulation process"combined sewer overflow pollution control is put forward.This paper discusses the layout of storage and regulation facilities along the Nanming River and the capacity linkage treatment mode of downstream sewage plants,that is,based on the goal of"no overflow of light rain in Nanming River(rainfall≤5 mm)",6 storage tanks were laid out in accordance with the principles of"intensive land use and decentralized layout",and the linked sewage treatment plant increased its capacity by 10%of the design value,after the storage tanks were full during rainfall,they were emptied within 3 days,the rainwater and sewage mixed water of the storage pond will be transported to the linkage sewage treatment plant along the Nanming River for treatment and discharge up to the standard.The aim is to provide a solution to the combined sewer overflow pollution of the main confluence system in the Nanming River basin.
