日本食用菌菌种产业的现状

摘要 介绍日本食用菌生产及品种登记情况,菌株保藏的具体方法和解冻方式;指出复苏菌株可通过目视法、生理性方法、病毒基因诊断法和栽培试验法等确认菌株性能,并比较各方法优劣;简介现行菌株鉴定方法,分析菌种种性劣化的原因,指出菌种种性维持是待研究课题。 The paper introduces the production and stains registration of edible mushrooms in Japan,the specific methods of strain preservation and thawing.Points out that the resuscitated strains can be confirmed by visual method,physiological method,viral gene diagnosis method and cultivation test method.Compared the advantages and disadvantages of each method.Introduces the current strain identification methods,analyzes the causes for strain degeneration,and points out that the maintenance of strain characteristic is a topic to be studied.
