摘要
为了更全面、更准确评估公路施工中的应急救援能力,不断优化施工单位应急管理工作,提高应对事故救援能力的整体水平,文中利用熵权法、层次分析法和模糊综合评价等研究方法,以广连高速工程项目为研究对象,针对公路工程施工各类危险源及影响应急救援能力的因素,构建公路施工应急救援能力评价指标体系,利用层次分析法建立各类因素中所有指标的判断矩阵,运用矩阵运算及一致性检验,得到一、二级指标的权重,通过熵权法修正得出的权重,利用模糊综合评价法确定应急救援能力等级。结果表明:利用该评价体系能对施工项目应急救援能力进行较为客观的评价且有效可行。
In order to evaluate the emergency rescue ability in highway construction more comprehensively and accurately,the emergency management work of construction units should be continuously optimized and the overall level of rescue ability in response to accidents should be improved.In this paper,entropy weight method,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and other research methods are used to establish the evaluation index system of highway construction emergency rescue ability based on various hazard sources and factors affecting emergency rescue ability of highway construction,taking Guanglian high-speed project as the research object.The analytic hierarchy process is used to establish the judgment matrix of all indicators in various factors,and the matrix operation and consistency test are used to obtain the weights of the first and the second indexes.The entropy weight method is used to modify the weights,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to determine the level of emergency rescue ability.The results show that the evaluation system can be used to evaluate the emergency rescue ability of construction projects objectively,which proves that the system is effective and feasible.
