风光互补发电制氢储能系统多目标优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 解决电力系统中可再生能源出力波动性和间断性是保证微电网正常运行的关键,文中提出一种经济与能源消纳相协调的风光互补发电制氢储能系统优化模型。考虑电解水制氢装置在能源系统中的应用,以系统运行成本和可再生能源消纳比作为优化目标,利用多目标优化算法验证模型的有效性,并通过控制系统中电制氢装置启停,对比分析了风光互补发电制氢装置对优化系统经济运行和提升风光消纳的重要作用,对有效解决“弃风弃光”问题提供新思路和解决办法。 Solving the volatility and intermittency of renewable energy output in the power system is the key to ensure the normal operation of the microgrid.An optimization model of wind and photovoltaic complementary power generation to hydrogen storage system with the coordination of economy and energy consumption is proposed in this paper.Considering the application of electrolytic water hydrogen production device in the energy system,taking the system operation cost and renewable energy consumption ratio as the optimization objectives,the effectiveness of the model is verified by using multi-objective optimization algorithm,and the important role of wind and Photovoltaic power(PV)generation hydrogen production device in optimizing the economic operation of the system and improving the wind power and PV energy consumption is compared and analyzed by controlling start and stop of the electric hydrogen production device in the system,and this study provides a new ideas and solutions to effectively solve the problem of“abandoned wind and abandoned light”.
