线上线下混合式教学法在病理学课程教学中的应用

摘要 目的 研究线上线下混合式教学法在病理学课程教学中的应用效果。方法 选择2021年9月—2022年6月白城医学高等专科学校180名2021级护理学专业学生为对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,试验组和对照组各为90名。对对照组学生行传统教学法完成病理学课程教学,对试验组学生行线上线下混合式教学法完成病理学课程教学。比较2组学生考核成绩、教育环境评分及教学满意度。结果 试验组学生的基础知识摸底考核成绩[(89.68±6.97)分]、综合学习效果考核成绩[(88.94±7.91)分]均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.001);试验组学生Dreem问卷中的学习知觉[(40.22±3.63)分]、教师知觉[(37.96±5.22)分]、学术自我知觉[(29.33±5.68)分]、环境知觉[(40.72±4.55)分]及总分[(172.95±12.66)分]均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.001);试验组学生对当前教学方法是否满意(95.56%)、当前教学方法是否有利于提高学习自觉性和主动性(94.44%)等各项教学满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 线上线下混合式教学法在病理学课程教学中的应用可有效提高学生的基础知识及综合学习成绩,对改善教育环境、提高教学满意度有积极作用。 Objective To study the application effect of online and offline blended teaching method in pathology course teaching.Methods Selected 180 nursing students of the class of 2021 from September 2021 to June 2022 in Baicheng Medical College and they were divided into the test group(n=90)and the control group(n=90)by random number table.The students of control group completed the pathology course teaching using traditional teaching methods,while the students of test group completed the pathology course teaching using a blended online and offline teaching method.The assessment scores,educational environment scores and teaching satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results Students in the experimental group scored higher than the control group in the basic knowledge mapping assessment[(89.68±6.97)points]and the comprehensive learning effect assessment[(88.94±7.91)points],with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).The scores of learning perception[(40.22±3.63)points],teacher perception[(37.96±5.22)points],academic self perception[(29.33±5.68)points],and environmental perception dimensions[(40.72±4.55)points]and total scores[(172.95±12.66)points]in the Dreem questionnaire of the test group students were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the test group with the current teaching method(95.56%),whether the current teaching method was conducived to improving learning awareness and initiative(94.44%),and other teaching aspects were higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of online and offline blended teaching method in pathology course teaching can effectively improve students'basic knowledge and comprehensive scores,and has a positive effect on improving the educational environment and teaching satisfaction.
