护理质量标准阶段培训在神经外科护生带教中的应用

摘要 目的 探究护理质量标准阶段培训在神经外科护生带教中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年7月—2022年11月在滨州医学院烟台附属医院神经外科实习的64名护生为研究对象;按照护生进入科室实习的先后时间顺序分组,将2021年7月—2022年2月进入科室实习的33名护理学生纳入对照组;将2022年4—11月进入科室实习的31名护理学生纳入观察组;对照组给予传统神经外科带教模式,观察组在传统带教模式基础上对实习护生进行护理质量标准阶段培训。对比2组实习护理学生护理能力、理论和操作考试成绩及对护理教学的满意度。结果 观察组实习护生的护理患者整体质量得分、基础和专科知识、基础护理技术操作、专科护理技术操作得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.001),且观察组的实习护生教学满意度为96.97%,高于对照组的77.41%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 在神经外科护生带教中,护理质量标准阶段培训让实习护生掌握了护理质量标准,让标准指导临床工作,激发实习护生的学习兴趣,满足参与感,调动工作积极性,增强综合素质,为参加工作奠定基础,同时提高临床教学质量,提升了教学满意度,对护理教学工作的开展有着重要意义。 Objective To explore the application effect of nursing quality standard stage training in neurosurgery nursing teaching.Methods A total of 64 nursing students who practiced in neurosurgery department of Yantai Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical University from July 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to the sequence of the time of internship nursing students entering the department,a total of 33 internship nursing students who entered the department from July 2021 to February 2022 were included in the control group.A total of 31 intern nursing students who entered the department from April to November 2022 were included in the observation group.The control group was given the traditional neurosurgery teaching mode,while the observation group was given the nursing quality standards stage training for intern nursing students on the basis of the traditional teaching mode.The nursing abilities,theoretical and operational exam scores,and satisfaction with nursing teaching were compared between the two groups.Results The overall nursing quality,theoretical knowledge,basic nursing operations,and specialized nursing operation scores of the observation group's intern nursing students were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group's intern nursing students was 96.97%,significantly higher than control group(77.41%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In nursing teaching of neurosurgery,the nursing quality standards stage training enables the interns to master the nursing quality standards,let the standards guide the clinical work,stimulate the learning interest of the interns,meet the sense of participation,mobilize the work enthusiasm,enhance the comprehensive quality,lay the foundation for the work,improve the quality of clinical teaching,improve the teaching satisfaction,and have important significance for the development of nursing teaching.
