小组制气道管理路径+快速康复护理在肺癌根治术患者疼痛程度及肺功能改善中的应用效果

The Effect of Group-Based Airway Management Pathway+Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing in the Improvement of Pain Level and Lung Function in Patients Undergoing Radical Lung Cancer Surgery

目的 探究在肺癌根治术患者护理过程中开展小组制气道管理路径+快速康复护理对于患者疼痛程度及肺功能的改善效果。方法 纳入2022年6月至2023年8月三明市第二医院肺癌根治术患者80例,按照Excel表随机排序并分组的方式划分对照组(40例,ERAS围手术期气道管理护理)和观察组(40例,实施小组制气道管理路径+快速康复护理)。对比两组恢复期间疼痛程度(VAS)、肺功能、术后恢复时间、血氧饱和度和并发症发生情况。结果 干预后,观察组疼痛评分低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组峰值流速、用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量均高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组术后下床、导尿管拔出、胸腔引流管拔出均短于对照组(P <0.05);干预后观察组血氧饱和度高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 在对肺癌根治术患者护理时开展小组制气道管理路径+快速康复护理,可以降低患者恢复期间疼痛程度,提升患者肺功能,有助于患者恢复。

Objective To investigate the effect of carrying out group-based airway management pathway+rapid rehabilitation nursing on the improvement of patients'pain level and lung function during the nursing process of patients undergoing radical lung cancer surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing radical lung cancer surgery in Sanming Second Hospital were included from June 2022 to August 2023,and were divided into the control group(40 cases,ERAS perioperative airway management care)and the observation group(40 cases,implementation of group-based airway management pathway+rapid rehabilitation care)according to the randomized order and grouping of Excel table.Pain level(VAS),lung function,postoperative recovery time,oxygen saturation and complications during recovery were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);peak flow rate,expiratory lung volume,and first second expiratory volume with exertion/expiratory lung volume of the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);postoperative dismounting from the bed,catheter removal,and chest drain removal were shorter than that of the control group in the observation group(P<0.05);blood oxygenation was higher in the observation group than that of the control group after intervention(P<0.05);the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Carrying out group-based airway management pathway+rapid rehabilitation nursing in the care of patients undergoing radical lung cancer surgery can reduce the degree of pain during the recovery period,improve the lung function of the patients,and help the patients recover.
