肺癌患者根治手术后应用延续性护理的远期疗效探究

Long-Term Outcome of Applying Continuity of Care After Radical Surgery in Patients with Lung Cancer

目的 探究肺癌患者根治手术后应用延续性护理的治疗效果。方法 选取2021年8月至2023年8月于南平市第一医院接受根治性手术治疗的62例肺癌患者,根据随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组31例,研究组实施延续性护理,对照组实施常规护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果 出院6个月后,两组患者癌性疲乏评分和疼痛评分均有所下降,且研究组评分低于对照组(P <0.05);研究组患者社会关系、环境、心理、生理等生活质量评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。出院后6个月和1年,研究组再入院率及死亡率均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 对肺癌患者实施延续性护理,可以有效改善远期治疗和护理效果。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of applying continuity nursing after radical surgery for lung cancer patients in thoracic surgery.Methods A total of 62 lung cancer patients who underwent radical surgery in the Nanping First Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected and divided into the study group and control group according to the method of randomized numerical table,with 31 cases in each group,and continuity nursing was implemented in the study group and conventional nursing was implemented in the control group,comparing the nursing effect of the patients in the two groups.Results Six months after discharge,cancer fatigue score and pain score decreased in both groups,and the score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the quality of life scores of patients in the study group were higher than that of the control group in terms of social relationship,environment,psychology and physiology(P<0.05).At 6 months and 1 year after discharge,the readmission rate and mortality rate of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Implementing continuity care for thoracic surgery lung cancer patients can effectively improve the long-term treatment and nursing outcomes.
