中医穴位艾灸在缓解人工流产术后腹痛的效果

Nursing Effect of Acupuncture Point Moxibustion in Relieving Abdominal Pain After Induced Abortion

目的分析对接受人工流产术治疗的患者实施中医穴位艾灸疗法对改善其腹痛的效果。方法抽取2022年6月至2023年6月在我院实施人工流产手术的患者90例,以随机信封法对其分组,接受常规护理干预的患者为对照组,共45例,在常规护理的基础上增加应用中医穴位艾灸疗法的患者为观察组,共45例。对比指标:阴道流血量、阴道流血时间、临床指标(5 d内血止率、两周后仍有明显不适症状占比、月经未复潮占比)、腹部疼痛水平(VAS)、护理满意度。结果观察组患者阴道流血少的患者占比更低,且观察组患者阴道流血时间更短(P<0.05)。观察组患者5 d内血止率高于对照组、两周后仍有明显不适症状占比及月经未复潮占比均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,观察组与对照组患者VAS评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经中医穴位艾灸干预后,观察组患者VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度97.78%高于对照组80.00%(χ^(2)=5.512,P=0.018)。结论将中医穴位艾灸用于人工流产术后患者的护理中时,可有效缓解患者腹痛症状及阴道流血情况,患者认可度高,具有较高应用价值。

Objective To analyze the nursing effect of acupoint moxibustion therapy on improving abdominal pain in patients treated with induced abortion.Methods A total of 90 patients undergoing induced abortion in our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into groups by blind classification method.Patients receiving routine nursing intervention were selected as the control group,with a total of 45 cases;patients adding traditional Chinese acupuncture point moxibustion therapy on the basis of routine nursing were selected as the observation group,with a total of 45 cases.Comparison measures:volume of vaginal bleeding,duration of vaginal bleeding,clinical indicators(rate of blood cessation within 5 days,proportion of obvious discomfort symptoms after 2 weeks,proportion of no menstruation),level of abdominal pain(VAS score),satisfaction with nursing care.Results The percentage of patients with less vaginal bleeding was lower in the observation group,and the duration of vaginal bleeding was shorter in the observation group(P<0.05).The percentage of patients in the observation group whose bleeding stopped within 5 d was higher than that of the control group,and the percentage of patients who still had obvious discomfort after two weeks and the percentage of patients whose menstruation had not resumed were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the VAS scores of the patients in the observation group and the control group(P>0.05);after the intervention of TCM acupuncture point moxibustion,the VAS scores of the patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of 97.78%in the observation group was higher than that of 80.00%in the control group(χ^(2)=5.512,P=0.018).Conclusions Chinese acupuncture point moxibustion can effectively relieve the symptoms of abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding of patients after artificial abortion,which is highly recognized by patients and has high application value.
