小儿化脓性扁桃体炎应用个性化护理服务的效果

Effectiveness of Applying Personalized Nursing Service in Pediatric Purulent Tonsillitis

目的 分析小儿化脓性扁桃体炎应用个性化护理服务的临床效果。方法 62例化脓性扁桃体炎患儿均来源于我院儿科住院部,选取时间为2020年1月至2023年8月,按就诊顺序进行分组。就诊序号为单号的31例为观察组,采用个性化护理服务,双号的31例为对照组,采用常规护理服务。比较两组临床症状和体征消退时间、治疗依从性、临床疗效、复发率及护理满意度。结果 观察组临床症状及体征消退时间短于对照组;观察组治疗依从性高于对照组;观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组;观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论 个性化护理服务可有效提高化脓性扁桃体炎患儿的治疗依从性,并缩短康复时间,改善治疗效果及降低复发率,提升护理质量。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of personalized nursing service for suppurative tonsillitis in children.Methods A total of 62 children with suppurative tonsillitis were selected from the pediatric inpatient department of our hospital from January 2020 to August 2023,and grouped according to the order of treatment.The observation group included 31 patients with single number and received personalized nursing service,while the control group included 31 patients with even number and received routine nursing service.The regression time of clinical symptoms and signs,treatment compliance,clinical efficacy,recurrence rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The time for clinical symptoms and signs to subside in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group;the treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group;and the satisfaction degree of nursing care of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Personalized nursing service can effectively improve the treatment compliance of children with suppurative tonsillitis,shorten the recovery time,improve the treatment effect and reduce the recurrence rate,and enhance the quality of nursing.
