Project quality supervision and management is a key work in the construction of construction projects,which plays an important role in improving the construction quality and ensuring the safety of people's lives and property.However,there are still many problems in the quality supervision and management of construction projects,so relevant personnel need to analyze the problems and formulate targeted improvement measures to ensure the quality of engineering construction.This paper first expounds the important role of construction engineering quality supervision and management,then analyzes the problems existing in the construction engineering quality supervision and management,and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
