建筑基坑工程中旋喷桩施工技术的应用

摘要 基坑工程所处的地质条件复杂多变,常伴随着软弱土层、地下水位高等问题,给工程的施工和安全带来了挑战。在此背景下,寻求一种有效的地基处理技术是解决基坑工程问题的关键。文章以某酒店大厦工程为例,简述了旋喷桩加固的基本原理,研究了旋喷桩加固的具体方法,分析了旋喷桩施工对周边环境的影响,确定了影响范围,并阐述了施工工艺改进措施,尽可能减小旋喷桩施工的扰动,以期在保证周边环境安全的前提下顺利施工旋喷桩,取得良好的基坑加固效果。 The geological conditions of foundation pit engineering are complex and changeable,often accompanied by the problems of soft soil layer and high groundwater level,which brings challenges to the construction and safety of the project.In this context,seeking an effective foundation treatment technology is the key to solve the problem of foundation pit engineering.Taking a hotel building project as an example,this paper briefly describes the basic principle of rotary jet grouting pile reinforcement,studies the specific methods of rotary jet grouting pile reinforcement,analyzes the impact of rotary jet grouting pile construction on the surrounding environment,determines the scope of impact,and expounds the improvement measures of construction technology,so as to reduce the disturbance of rotary jet grouting pile construction as much as possible,in order to smoothly construct rotary jet grouting pile under the premise of ensuring the safety of the surrounding environment,Good foundation pit reinforcement effect has been achieved.
