摘要
随着建设项目规模持续增大,人们对建设的要求也在不断提高,而目前大量的建筑出现了质量安全问题。因此,文章对建筑结构安全性进行了研究,总结了建筑结构安全性鉴定的技术方法。研究结果表明:建筑物的整体倾斜及和不均匀沉降均在规范规定的范围内;在承重墙承受压力的情况下,抗力与效应之比大于1.0,满足承载力的要求。
With the continuous increase in the scale of construction projects,people's requirements for construction are also constantly improving,and currently,a large number of buildings have encountered quality and safety issues.Therefore,the article conducts research on the safety of building structures and summarizes the technical methods for evaluating the safety of building structures.The research results indicate that the overall inclination and uneven settlement of the building are within the range specified in the specifications.When the load-bearing wall is under pressure,the ratio of resistance to effect is greater than l.O,which meets the requirements of bearing capacity.
