In the construction process,there are many problems,such as poor construction quality and time delay,which not only bring huge economic losses to enterprises,but also seriously affect social stability.Therefore,how to effectively carry out the construction project management has become a difficult problem to be solved.Starting from the basic theory of construction engineering management,this paper analyzes the main influencing factors,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,in order to provide reference for experts and managers in related fields.
